He is survived by : his wife Shirley Hemel; his children, Bruce (Kathy Quenzer), Gary (Shannon Ummel, Jr.), Glenda (Wayland Pittman), Kelle (Norman Green) and Kriste (Allen Henning); and his sister Anna Meis. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
