He was predeceased by: his father Larry Dwayne; and his grandson Izaiah Chavez. He is survived by: his mother Elaine Armstrong of Harper; his children, Dalores Chavez of Salina and Daniele Smith (Jacob Walter) of Harper; his grandchildren, Dylan Holloway, Benecia Chavez, Jobb Torres, Jaiden Smith and Layla Smith; and his siblings, Latricia Barker (Carl) of Harper and Thad DuVall (Kim) of Harper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
To help the family defray final expenses, memorial contributions may be made payable to the Mickey DuVall Memorial Fund and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
