He was predeceased by: his mother Angela Lynn Windahl (Lux); and his brother Brandon. He is survived by: his father John Windahl; his wife Cathy of Phoenix; his sister Keylee Sanmiguel (Gabriel) of Harper; his uncle Travis Lux; his mother-in-law Renae Louis; and his sisters-in-law, Asjha Louis and Chanel Lois. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
