He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan David and Lois Elaine Pence (Rogers); his in-laws, Claude and Twila Livingston; his sister Tammy Marie Pence; and his siblings-in-law, Hazel Livingston, Craig Livingston and Jess McCorkle.

He is survived by: his wife Carla Jonelle Livingston; his sons, Jeremiah Pence (Hanna) of Enid, Quinn "Levi" Pence (Michaela) of Gardnerville, Matthew Pence (Renee) of Danville and Caleb Pence (Candra) of Harper; his grandchildren, Katherine Anne (Katie), Ezekiel Craig Pence (Zeke), Victoria Twila Pence, Gabriel Quinn (Gabe), Eli Allan, Josiah Robert Pence and Cora June Pence; his brothers, Roger Pence (Joan) of Tucson and Lee Pence (DJ) of Derby, Kansas; and his in-laws, Jerry, Conna Livingston, Clint, Peg Livingston, Cherie McCorkle, Candy, Sidric Kirchner, Crystal, Rick Harms and Valerie Livingston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
