He is survived by: his wife Beverley Laws (Hess); his son James Robert Laws (Melissa Mendoza) of Hartford; his sister Karen Skillman of Burlington; and his brother-in-law Jim Hess (Ann) of Burlington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
