He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Bosworth (Davis) and Allen Bosworth. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Keith Jones (Celena), Brandon Jones, Courtney Jones, Levi Jones, Bethany Gould, Lizzie Gould, Lilly Bayless and Cooper Bayless; and his brothers, Steve Bosworth (IlaRose) and David Bosworth (Janet). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
