He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Neva Winsor; his daughters, Stacey Herrick, Christina Frye (Kelly Coley) and Deborah Punches (Bryon); and his grandchildren, Blake Herrick, Paige Frye, Emily Punches, Taylor Frye and Brandon Punches.
