With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kay Hills of Havana, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Kay left this world on November 30, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold William "Ted" Willis and Emma Annabelle Crawford; her daughter Kim; her sister Dee; her brother-in-law Fred George; her nieces, Lori Barloiw and Lisa Rieftors; her parents-in-law, Edwina and Vernie Hills; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Ann King, Joyce York, Shirley Wichael, Kenny, Marvin and Rick Hills.
She is survived by: her friend Faye; her husband Ronald Hills; her sons, Mark Hills and Todd Hills (Gayle); her grandson Preston Hills; her stepgrandchildren, Brandon and Stacy; her nephew Randy Hills; and her aunts and uncles, Fay, Gilly Myers, George Crawford, Arlene, Dale Crawford, Ruth and Bill Crawford. She is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home (306 N Cline Rd, Coffeyville, KS 67337). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (300 W 9th St, Coffeyville, KS 67337).
Memorials can be given to the Coffeyville Friends of Animals in honor of Kay Hills; memorial contributions can be left with the funeral home or mailed in care of David W. Barnes Funeral Home 306 N. Cline Rd. Coffeyville, KS 67337.
