It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Stanislaw in Haven, Kansas, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Franklin Stanislaw and June Stanislaw (Smith-Cody); his brother Dennis Stanislaw; and his son Peter Stanisaw. He is survived by : his close friend Janice Ingram; his sister Diana Urban; his grandchildren, Josh Stanislaw (Jessica), Jess Mauhar (Timothy) and Chastalyn Johnson (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Bindi, Blaine, Blair, Timothy Jr., Addison, Alayna, Salyia and Lawson.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to ProMedica Hospice Care in Wichita.
