A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 1:40 PM at the Elliott Chapel (1219 N Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501). A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, to celebrate Roger's passion and encourage youth in the game, memorials may be made to Haven High School Football Program (make check payable to Haven High School and put "football" on memo line), in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
