He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Frederich and Anna Dora Stade (Miller); his former spouses, Jessie Ruth Valdois and Jessie Stade; his wife Jackie Stade; his son Cecil Stade; his brother Milton Stade (Irma); and his niece Carol Ann Grier.
He is survived by: his son Roger Stade (Karen) of Haven; his daughter-in-law Donna Hinners (Milburn) of Haven; his grandchildren, Don Butler of Burrton, Mark Stade (Julie) of Haven, Brenda Goertzen (Kreg) of Wichita, Jay Stade (Letique) of Hutchinson, Diane McKinney (Blaine) of Parker, CO, Vicki Myers (Jeff) of Haven and Kimberly Brown (Jeff) of Maize; and his niece Sheryl Case White. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
