He was predeceased by: his parents, Paris Newlin and Dorothy Mae Rush (Woodward); his brother C. Wayne Rush; and his grandson Teddy Rush. He is survived by: his sons, Paul Rush (Vicki) and Jeffery Rush (Beth); his grandchildren, Clint Saloga (Sora Kang), Joe Rush (Kathleen), Bailey Coulter (David) and Loren Rush (Danielle); his great grandchildren, Eleanor, Lucille, Charlotte, August and Penelope Rush; his brother Keith Rush (Sally); and his sister-in-law Jeanettia Rush.
