She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter C. Leikam and Anna Leikam (Karlin); and her brothers, Bob, Eddie, Alvin and Joe.
She is survived by: her husband Francis J. Pfannenstiel; her children, Sheri Rohr (Charlie) of Hays, Bob (Darla) of Broken Arrow, OK, Rick (Barb) of Hays, Randy (Debbie) of Hays and Scott (Nikki) of Hays; and her sisters, Freda Sanders and Patricia Thomas. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brock's-Keithley Funeral Chapel (2509 Vine St, Hays, KS 67601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to The Humane Society of the High Plains in care of the funeral chapel.
