He was predeceased by: his brother Greg Miller. He is survived by: his parents, James Miller and Mary "Aggie" Miller (Pfannenstiel) of Hays, KS; and his siblings, Bruce Miller (Lynne) of Broken Arrow, OK, Steve Miller of Lee's Summit, MO, Phil Miller (Trish) of Omaha, NE, Mary (Miller) and Craig Ewert.
