He was predeceased by: his parents, Mahlon Kingsley and Addie B Kingsley (Skelton) of Ellis, KS.. He is survived by: his wife Debbie of Hays; his sons, Austin Fickel of Branson, MO and Brad Kingsley (Rebekah) of Bentonville, AR; his grandchildren, William and Anna Grace Kingsley; and his brothers, Roger Kingsley (Jody Patton) of Ellis and Tim Kingsley (Lilly) of Hays. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Shriners Children's St. Louis.
