He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Allendale and Carolyn Violet Innes (Unland); and his siblings, Ronald Innes and Karen Sue Dulaney. He is survived by: his wife Betty of Hays; his children, Susan Shanklin (Greg) of Lawrence, Jill Innes of Madison, WI and Thomas Innes (Lisa) of Madison, WI; his foster daughter Tarea Sanders Fischer of Hays; and his brothers, Von Innes (Lois) of Lincoln, NE and Rodney Innes (Mary) of Olathe. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great granddaughters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
