She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Deen and Tillie Deen (Drees); her husband Undersheriff Robert L. Maxwell; and her siblings, Richard Deen and Patricia Coulter.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Deen of Enterprise, AL, Robert Lynn, II (Jason Legleiter) of Westfield, MA and Jacqueline Eileen of Hays, KS.; her grandsons, Michael Griffin and Robert Graem; her sister Anita Deen; her siblings-in-law, Berniece Deen and Lee Maxwell; Shelly Hunt Maxwell. She is also survived by seven nephews, and five nieces.
