She was predeceased by: her parents, Norville Lee and Ina Passmore (Billingsley); her son David R. Carter; and her sister Shirley. She is survived by: her sons, Bill Carter of Hays and Mark Carter (Wilja Eriksen) of Stavanger; her daughter-in-law Laura Carter of Centennial; her grandchildren, Kyle Carter (Erin), Kaitlen Carter and Markus Carter; and her great grandchildren, Kayden Lee Carter and Wyatt David Carter.
