She was predeceased by: her brother Martin. She is survived by: her husband David Hughes of Hays; her brothers, Collin (Maria Cordoba) of Maize, KS, Sean (Stéphane Lescoules) of Paris, France and Patrick (Penny Moss) of Hays; her children, Martin of Park City, KS, Jeremy (Brittany Deeson) of St. Petersburg, FL, Megan (Devin Rohweder) of Hays, KS, Jessica of Portland City, OR, Hannah (Christian "CJ" West) of Oakley, KS and Eleasha Bitte of Hays; and her grandchildren, John, Ada, Nora, Ally and Syrus.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Erin Hughes Memorial Fund to offset outstanding medical expenses and contribute to The Homestead Ministry, Salina Kansas - a ministry of which Erin volunteered and mentored.
