He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlinda "Linda" Crispin (Bieker) and Harold E. Crispin Sr.; and his stepfather Bob Hall. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Stephens of Hays; and his children, Cris Crispin (Heather) of Holton, Carey Crispin (Eva) of Shawnee, Jeff Crispin (Tina) of Hays, Tracey Jordan (Dan) of Wichita and Kelley Shaver (Jesse) of Hays. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested for masses, to St. Joseph Catholic Church, or to Cancer Council of Ellis County.
