He is survived by: his children, Cassandra Downing (Daniel) of Hutchinson, Manika Dawn Hand of Florida, Ras Solon Northcutt (Katie) of Russell, Jeremy Northcutt (Peyton) of Albert, Howard Roland Northcutt, II of Russell and Alan Christopher Northcutt of Polk City, Florida. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
