He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewing Calvin and Bertha May Hart (Laubhan); and his sister Jeannie Carol Hart. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Regagnon of Hays; his sons, Brett Hart (Kim) of Derby, Bradley Hart (Kellie) of Courtland and Bryant Hart of Hays; his siblings, Bill Hart (Nancy) of Raytown, Tom Hart of Russell and Nancy Sullivan of Olathe; his granddaughter Breann Mackley of Goodland; and his great grandchildren, Rilan of Colby, Tatum of Colby and Lettie Mackley of Colby.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Messiah Lutheran Church (2000 Main St, Hays, KS 67601).
Memorials are suggested to the Humane Society of the High Plains or to Messiah Lutheran Church.
