He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewing Calvin and Bertha May Hart (Laubhan); and his sister Jeannie Carol Hart. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Regagnon of Hays; his sons, Brett Hart (Kim) of Derby, Bradley Hart (Kellie) of Courtland and Bryant Hart of Hays; his siblings, Bill Hart (Nancy) of Raytown, Tom Hart of Russell and Nancy Sullivan of Olathe; his granddaughter Breann Mackley of Goodland; and his great grandchildren, Rilan of Colby, Tatum of Colby and Lettie Mackley of Colby.
Memorials are suggested to the Humane Society of the High Plains or to Messiah Lutheran Church.
