He is survived by : his father Pierre Charles "Skip" Baczkowski; his sons, Brooks Baczkowski of Hays, KS and Brody Baczkowski of Hays, KS; his brother Nathan Baczkowski (Erin Wagner); his nephew Cohen Baczkowski of Hays, KS; his uncles, Fred Jacobs (Jane) of Louisville, KY, Tim Jacobs (Joyce) of Olathe, KS, Jean Baczkowski (Ruth) of Valley Center, KS, Theo Baczkowski of Dighton, KS and Richard Baxter; his aunt Stacy Miller (John) of Kansas City, MO; his stepgrandmother Virginia "Jeannie" Jacobs; the mother of his children Kayla Diehl of Hays, KS; his stepbrother Travis Votaw (Penny) of Lansing, KS; his niece Kirsten Smallwood (Ryan) of Manhattan, KS; his stepsister Sara August (Brad) of Lansing, KS; and his niece Lillian August of Lansing, KS. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
