JoAnn touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While JoAnn’s presence will be missed, the influence she had on others will remain. Those who knew her will carry forward memories that reflect her character and spirit.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Kahler and Frances Kahler (Lang). She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Wagoner (Dwight); and her grandchildren, Cybil (Nic), Doug (Rene) and Bobby (Danielle). She is also survived by her three great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Keithley Funeral Homes and Crematory – Brock's Chapel (2509 Vine St, Hays, KS 67601).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Samaritan Center or Hospice in JoAnn's memory.
