She was predeceased by: her parents, James Neff and Julia Neff (Veach); her husband Michael "Mike" Leighton; and her brothers, Sam Neff and John Neff.
She is survived by: her son Jason Hammer (Joan Hoffman) of Great Bend; her granddaughter Megan Adams (Zach) of Hutchinson; her great grandchildren, Waylon Adams, Hadley Adams and Nevaeh Pedigo; and her sister Peggy Bieberle (Floyd) of Wichita.
