He is survived by: his children, Terence Herl (Tamara) of Cascade, CO, Laurie Dimitry (Ed) of Olathe and Valerie Fischer (Jul) of Overland Park; his brother Moris Herl of Hays; and his granddaughter Kaeylarae Herl.
