He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Hull (Georges). He is survived by: his father Samuel L. Hull Jr.; his sister Sarah Allenbaugh (Dixon); and his uncle Tom Roudebush (Kris). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
