He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jerry Howell and Erma Howell (Smith); his wife Sharon of Hays; his children, Chris Howell (Pam) of Hoisington, Doug Howell (Ginger) of Alton and Melissa Nicholls (Justin) of Blue Springs, MO; his siblings, Tim Howell of Phillipsburg, Linda Dougherty (Bernie) of Parsons and Joyce "Red" Gregory (Rick) of Lucas; and his grandchildren, Kirstin Hoffman (Jeremy), Kregg Howell (Charlotte), Bryan Howell (Shayna), Trenton Howell (Payton), Dylan Howell, Hunter Howell, Carson Shellito, Kaci Nicholls and Becca Maier (Jason). He was also cherished by four great grandchildren.
