She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendelin Geist and Agatha Geist (Miller); her son Gerard; her sisters, Marcella Schmeidler (Celly) and Mary Ann Flax; and her great grandchildren, Bentley Scoby, Jude, Hope and Sarah Wright.
She is survived by: her husband Cletus W. Klaus of Hays; her daughters, Sharon Walker (Brad) of Village, Brenda Dreiling (Doug) of Hays and Linda Forth (Brent) of Jenks; her grandchildren, Erika Scoby (Luke), Casey Bartlett (Anthony), Justin Forth (Emily) and Tara Wright (Mark); her great grandchildren, Layla Scoby, Olivia, Ethan Forth, Connor, Coleson Bartlett, Becket, Jack, Patch and Davey Wright; and her brother-in-law Adolph Flax of Hays. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
