She is survived by: her children, Allen Werth (Cheryl) of Hays, Vivian Zimmerman (Bill) of Hays and Linda Werth of Oklahoma City, OK; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Werth of Colby, KS; her grandchildren, Jessica Nichols and Jason Werth; and her great grandchildren, Braydon Nichols and Trenton Werth.
