He was predeceased by: his parents, Caleb Phillips and Agnes Phillips (Henley); his wife JoAnn Cokeley; his daughter Debra Rae; and his siblings, Ella Mae, Darrell and Ardath.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Kay and Kathy Lou; and his brother Willard. He is also survived by one granddaughter; five grandsons; 14 great-grandchildren.
