He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Pruter and Ella May Pruter (Stockton). He is survived by: his wife Jan of Hays; his children, Wade Pruter of Wichita and RaJan Pruter of Colorado Springs, CO; his sister Nina Brewsaugh (Carl) of Oklahoma City, OK; and his grandchildren, Caden Prescott of Colorado Springs, CO, Genna Pruter (Caden Pfeifer) of Russell and Avery Pruter of Wichita.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to North Oak Community Church or to Paradise Valley Grace Church.
