He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Wallgren and Betty Wallgren (Damewood); and his brother Lynn. He is survived by: his children, Kirk Riggs (Danielle Dolphin) of Tulsa, OK, Sara Wallgren (Clinton Lee) of Plainville, KS, Bryson Collins of Hays, KS and Treyvon Wallgren of Hays, KS; his close friend Marissa Collins of Hays, KS; his grandchildren, Jackson Bo Lee and Myleigh Elizabeth-Rose Lee; his brother Randall Wallgren (Rod) of Wichita, KS; his sister-in-law Janeen Wallgren of Phillipsburg, KS; and his close friends, Melody Collins of Hays Ks, Chloe Willigham of Hays Ks and Chris Willigham of Hays Ks. He is also survived by niece; nephews.
