She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudy Windholz and Catherine Windholz (Beer); her husband Leo Billinger; her son Lee Billinger; her siblings, Francis, Vernon, Robert, Rudolph Jr. Windholz, Thelma Spinks and Betty Ploutz; and her brothers-in-law, John Dinkel and Kenneth Wolf.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Patrick Weilert of Hays; her daughter Melissa Parson of Hays; her siblings, Kenneth Windholz (Marilyn) of Ellis, Kathy Wolf of Ellis and Goldie Dinkel of Ellis; and her granddaughters, Katie Parson of Hays and Kara Parson of Colorado Springs. She is also survived by grand-fur babies; and numerous nieces and nephews.
