It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Slater (Hays, Kansas), who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Dale and Wilmetta Evelyn Bonham (Arnold); her sister Bertryl Seybert of Longmont, CO; her son-in-law Bill Miller of Grain Valley, MO; and her stepgranddaughter Jenny Stroemel.

She is survived by : her children, Donald Lee Slater (Connie) of Kansas City, MO and Karen Sue Miller (Bill) of Grain Valley, MO.; her sisters, Judy Cass of Chaska, MN and Bonnie Culver of Lincoln, NE; and her sister-in-law Dixie Zerr of Denver, CO. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
