He is survived by: his mother Doris Casey; his wife Mary Casey (Hackerott); his children, Amy Matlack (Paul), Spencer Casey (Michelle), Kim Musalek (Frank) and Robyn Crichton (Brandon); and his grandchildren, Laura Casey, Nate Matlack, Hailey Rounsley (Garret), Nick Matlack, Abbey Musalek, Ryan Casey, Ella Musalek, Lexi Casey, Luke Musalek and Colin Crichton.
