He is survived by: his wife Midge; his son Kevin Koerner (Lynn) of Hays; his siblings, Jan Girvan (Jim) of Hays and Dale Koerner (Lois) of Lawrence; his grandchildren, Shea Koerner (Anne Drees) of Centennial and Annastasia Rose Koerner of Denver, Colorado; and his great grandchild Cecilia Rose Bird of Denver. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
