She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Zamrzla and Edith Zamrzla (Pihl); her daughters, Gayla Amend and Holly; her brothers, Bruce Zamrzla and Larry Zamrzla; her sister-in-law Shirley Zamrzla; her nephew Brett Zamrzla; and her parents-in-law, Fred and Myrtle Clapp.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lanette Shaffer (Kevin) of Fort Morgan, CO and Jenny Prine (Toby) of Hays, KS; her son-in-law Ty Amend of Wichita, KS; her grandchildren, Lexi Rogers (Nate), Tyler Shaffer, Emily Stefan (Michael) and Andrew Prine; her great grandchildren, Oaklyn, Easton Rogers and Eleanor Stefan; and her sister-in-law Jeanette Zamrzla.
Memorials are suggested to the HaysMed Hospice or Amazing Grace Homecare in care of the mortuary.
