She was predeceased by : her parents, Nick Leiker and Katie Leiker (Unrein); her husband Joseph D. Unrein, Sr.; and her grandchildren, Katina Wakefield and Cody Lewis.

She is survived by : her children, Joe Unrein, Jr. (Patti) of Hays, Curt Unrein (Pam) of Topeka, Steve Unrein (Diane Garcia) of Hays, Dave Unrein (Bella) of Wichita, Cindi Moses (Woody) of Topeka, Gloria Lewis (Barry) of Wichita, Arlene Creel (Mitch) of Garden Ridge, TX and Linda Jacobs (Bill) of Derby; and her grandchildren, Jamie Geist (Jamie), Travis Unrein (Leslie), Lance Unrein (Renae), Amanda Britz (Carl), Jodi Lewis (Matt), Jeff Unrein (Amanda), Brandon Unrein, Joshua Unrein, Chad Unrein (Heather), Brett Unrein (Mandy), Melinda Chadwell (Will), Jon Jacobs (Katie) and Matt Jacobs (Kristina). She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren, one great-great grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
