Dorman L. Simmons Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2025, at the age of 89, Dorman L. Simmons (Haysville, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Simmons and Anna Simmons; his brother Galen Simmons; and his daughter-in-law Aubrey Simmons (Kingsley). He is survived by: his wife Ardith Simmons; his sons, Shawn Simmons (Tanya) of Iowa City, IA, Scott Simmons of Overland Park and Brady Simmons (Deborah) of Wichita; his siblings, Herbert Simmons (Diane) of Bowling Green, KY and Mary Hunnicutt of St. Charles, MO; and his grandchildren, Autumn, Rebekah, John and Andrew.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Haysville United Methodist Church (601 E Grand Ave, Haysville, KS 67060).
