It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Rafler in Haysville, Kansas, who passed away on May 19, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Steadman and Dora Steadman (Metzger); her husband Herbert Allen Rafler; her children, Burl Evan Rafler, Becky Beth Rafler, James Levi Rafler and Marilyn Kay Stagner; and her siblings, Barbara Bayne, Agatha Allred and Clifford Case.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Mike Rafler (Patsy), Mark Rafler (Kelly), Jimmy Rafler (Sandy), Barbara Ward and Candace Blick (Joshua); her great grandchildren, Kara, Nicholas, Rachel, Abbagail, Pierson, Casondra, Michelle, Shannon, Dylan, Sandra and Casey; and her great great grandchildren, Rachel, Brooke, Logan, Ciel, Zolly, Lilith, Savanna, Meranda, Katlyn, Athena, Skyler, Wyatt, Elliott, Elizabeth and Olivia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
