With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clifton Mark Phillips of Hazelton, Kansas, born in Clayton, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 25, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Pope and Jean Harlene Phillips; his brother Wayne; and his brother-in-law Darren Garner. He is survived by: his children, Clayton and Samantha; his wife Leta Phillips of Hazelton; his children, Clay Phillips of Kiowa, Sammi Inman (Jarrod) of Kiowa and Matt Phillips of Kiowa; his grandsons, Dyson, River and Laken Inman of Kiowa; his sister Brenda Mollet (Mike) of Ponca City, Oklahoma; his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Zappia (Dominick) of Dillon and DeeDee Graves of Kiowa; his sibling's children, Amanda, Jay, BreAnna, Brittany, Sierra, Chelsee, Zach and Zabrina; and his pets, Jackie Sue, Jezzy and Jax. He is also survived by great nieces; great nephews; cousins; aunts; uncles; many friends.

Memorials may be given to the Barber County Fire Wagons or the Barber County Fair Board through Lanman Funeral Home.
