She is survived by: her parents, Timothy Adam of Gardener and Myra Adam (Lietz) of Herington; her grandmother Loretta Lietz of Herington; her sons, Hunter Haws and Noah Adam of Herington; her sister Sandra Adam of Salina; and her nephews, Brody and Brady Zimmerman of Salina.
