He was predeceased by : his parents, Hershel Alcorn and Gladys Alcorn (Bristol); his daughter Shelley; and his siblings, Donnie, Jerry and Helen.
He is survived by : his wife Rohani Alcorn of Ramona; his children, Paul Alcorn (Peggy) of Ramona, Dana Alcorn of Wellington and Ida Alcorn of Lawrence; his grandchildren, Shelby, Kylie, Caleb, Ashden, Jayden, Kindleigh, Christiana and Drake; his half-brother Tom Richardson (Deniece) of Sedgwick; and his brother-in-law Noel Stoll of Hutchinson.
Memorial contributions in Billy's name may be directed to Veteran Services at the Robert J Dole VA Medical Center in lieu of flowers.
