She is survived by : her son-in-law Tom Schlesener (Rose) of Herington; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Pister-Schlesener (Rodger) of Herington and Jennifer Scott (Matthew) of Buena Vista, CO; her great grandchildren, Connor Scott and Logan Scott; and her brother Gerald Richmond of Arkansas.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Yazel-Megli Funeral Homes – Herington Chapel (404 S Broadway St, Herington, KS 67449). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (802 E Trapp St, Herington, KS 67449).
