Denise Henely Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Denise Henely of Herington, Kansas, who passed away on May 24, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Archie Rasmussen; her in-laws, Elizabeth Hoeft and Kirkley Henely; and her son Aaron Gabriel. She is survived by: her mother Ruth Rasmussen; her husband Ron Henely of Patrick's Catholic Church; her children, Anthony (Emily), Andrew (Alyse), Alexander (Kerrigan), Ashley, Adam, Aidan and Archer; her grandchildren, Taylor, Tate, Auna, Eleanor, David and Levi; and her siblings, Mark, Robin, Rodney Rasmussen and Dawn Rasmussen. She is also survived by other nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. Andrew's Catholic Church (311 S Buckeye Ave, Abilene, KS 67410). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family suggests memorials be given to St. Andrew's Catholic Church of Abilene or St. John's Catholic Church of Herington.
