She is survived by: her mother Rose Esbenshade (Folmsbee) of Siletz, OR; her husband LaMar Bender; her daughters, Elizabeth Unruh of Goessel and Rebecca Friesen (Linden) of Kansas City, MO; her grandchildren, Emilia, Elianna, Avery, Ethan Unruh, Nora and Ivar Friesen; and her siblings, Steve Esbenshade (Sharon) of Yelm, WA, Jerry Esbenshade (Nikki) of Siletz, OR and Peggy Beck (Randy) of Windsor, IL..
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Hesston Mennonite Church (309 S Main St, Hesston, KS 67062).
