She is survived by: her parents, Jayson Kaufman and Andrea Kaufman (Klassen) of Moundridge; and her grandparents, Dale, Christine Kaufman of Moundridge, KS, Kim, Beth Kaufman of Newton, KS, Sheldon and Robyn Klassen of Wichita, KS.. She is also survived by loving great-grandparents, aunts and uncles and many cousins who have been great friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations on behalf of Maddie to be sent to Nora's Sparkle of Love Project.
