He was predeceased by: his father Hoyt Sunderland. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Sunderland of Hesston; his daughter Shelley Duerksen (Chad) of Hesston; his grandchildren, Josh, Macey and Molly; his brother Rick Sunderland (Lisa) of Valley Center; and also Meghan.
