He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Christian Krehbiel; his grandfather C. E. Krehbiel; his parents, Olin Krehbiel and Dorthy; his sister Beverly (Glen Grandlinard); his sister-in-law Jean Kirchhofer; his nephew Tim Krehbiel; and his daughter-in-law Julie Waltner Krehbiel.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Deb Lehman (George) and Tom Krehbiel (Susan); his granddaughters, Katherine Goerzen (Peter) and Jennifer Lehman; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Krehbiel; his grandchildren-in-law, Chris Krehbiel, Sam Krehbiel, Courtney Behm (Chris), Amanda Mauk (Lenny), John Krehbiel (Rita), James Krehbiel (Melissa), Jamie Krehbiel and Olivia Entz; Josh Krehbiel (Jenna), Caleb Krehbiel, Brittney Lang, Halle Krehbiel and Jordan Singh. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
